CHALLENGE needed to catch people’s attention starting from a clear demand: the stunt should rely on the same philosophy as the service itself - “with a small amount of money, one can achieve a lot.”


We developed an algorithm to randomly pick 100.000 Portuguese bank accounts and transfer 1 cent to each and every one of them, identifying as the donor, thus using bank accounts as a new media.


Website visits increased 15% within the first week, and 18% in sales within the following month.
